Youth Webinar: Gab Bonesso “Trauma Informed Joy” – June 17, 2026

Gab Bonesso keeps it real and upbeat as she talks about her journey with mental health in “Trauma Informed Joy.” From therapy to getting the right diagnosis to an unexpected accident that changed everything, she explains how she found joy and strength along the way. Gab, who was only recently diagnosed with ADHD, looks back at her youth with an adult lens to see where a diagnosis and support tools could have really impacted her youth.

The PEAL Center is a one-stop-resource for disability information and referral in Pennsylvania for parents, self-advocates and professionals. PEAL provides assistance to families of children with disabilities, educators, and others who work with them. PEAL’s primary intent is to help families help their children and provide the tools they need to become lifelong advocates for their children and themselves.
