Hosted by Asian Refugees United.
This 3rd Annual Youth Wellness Day is a free event being hosted by Asian Refugees United.
Wellness Day will bring together 150+ Nepali and Bhutanese community youth and families and remain open its to peers. Our goal is to promote mental health awareness, take a holistic approach to wellbeing, and build connection and community.
Vendors will engage participants through an interactive passport-style rotation and may opt to lead a 15-minute activity. We encourage simple, engaging prompts or activities that help youth feel supported and connected.
Asian Refugees United (ARU) is an art, healing, and social justice leadership center. Our mission is to cultivate and restore wholeness in communities impacted by displacement through embodied training programs, collective power-building, ancestral practices and connection to land.
