Hosted by Bucks County Free Library
***A representative will be present.
A professional from ASERT will join a self-advocate to tell their story of experiences living life on the spectrum, the important role of ASERT and awareness, and the importance of the library.
ASERT (Autism Services, Education, Resources and Training) is a partnership of medical centers, centers of autism research and services, universities, and other providers involved in the treatment and care of individuals of all ages with autism and their families.
This event is part of BCFL’s Many Stories, One Bucks initiative, happening this fall. Many Stories, One Bucks is a free initiative focused on promoting literacy and inspiring meaningful dialogue with celebrated voices.
Bucks County is a place teeming with stories; a bounty of varied voices with something to share. There is no better place to bring these stories together and inspire engagement and dialogue than the library.
“We all have a story to tell.”
The Bucks County Free Library’s mission is to expand minds with opportunities for learning and discovery in welcoming spaces.
