Teresa is in her early 20s and looking forward to blogging about her journey with newly diagnosed autism. Within the past few years, she’s had to rebuild her entire life from scratch and navigate everything very differently. She recently had the opportunity to job shadow at different locations and has been inspired to attend college and one day work with children. Teresa is eager for this new chapter in her life and wants to inspire others with autism to never give up, despite whatever obstacles life may throw their way.

Welcome back to my blog! Today I wanted to talk about something exciting I got to do recently.
So, this month, I had the opportunity to do an interview for a podcast! The podcast is called Autism Unmasked, and it’s featured on ASERT!
I was definitely a little nervous leading up to it (and the day of), but since it was just going to be my voice and not a video with my face, it made me feel a little more comfortable. And as the interview went on, I started to feel a little less nervous as well.
Although it won’t be posted online until the end of March in time for Fair Housing Month in April, I am still very excited!
In closing, I’m very excited for people to hear the podcast and to hear what I have to say. I’m sorry for the short blog, but I hope you enjoyed it. Until next time!
