I was diagnosed at a young age and went through the special education system in public schools. Family is incredibly important to me as I grew up in a large supportive family. I enjoy being outside in nature and arts and crafts.

Dear Future Self,
I don’t know who you will be but I’m pretty sure you won’t remember the stress, anxiety and uneasiness that you had during the time that you wrote this letter. You are currently in a low period, but it will get better.
What advice can I give you? I would say that if you want to make big changes for your future self regardless of when that future self is, you need to know what you want. You need to make a plan and then commit to doing it every day. I want to remind you that most things are temporary, regardless of what you’re stressing about or what you’re anxious about. Most things aren’t as bad as you think. You are capable of doing many things but don’t forget, you can also ask for help. You have people who care about you and want the best for you.
What I’d like to see in my future self:
- Eating healthy on a regular basis.
- Exercising on an ongoing basis.
- Achieving and maintaining a healthier weight.
- Saving money and spending less.
- Meditating daily to decrease anxiety.
- Connecting and staying in touch with friends and family.
- Having a more positive attitude towards life.
I hope the positive decisions I make today and moving forward will help me achieve a more positive future self. Wishing myself lots of good luck, much optimism, and continued resilience towards achieving this happier, healthier self.
Out-of-Sync Woman
