Comprehensive programs and services
The Hiram G. Andrews Center is a vocational rehabilitation facility operated by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. It provides individualized educational and rehabilitation programs for resident and commuter students. An individual’s program may include vocational evaluation, educational programming and physical restoration. HGAC also houses the Commonwealth Technical Institute, a postsecondary school which offers 6 associate degree programs and 10 diploma programs.
