Join the PEAL Center and Life’sWork of Western PA for a collaborative youth event, Lead the Way: Your Future, Your Voice! Lead the Way is an empowering, hands-on event designed for youth with disabilities who are navigating the transition from high school to adult life. This one-of-a-kind experience blends leadership development, real-world career simulations and essential life skills training to equip participants with the tools they need to take charge of their future.
This unique opportunity will:
- Empower youth as leaders in their own transition
- Engage youth in exploring career paths and post-school options
- Connect youth with role models, resources, and support systems

The PEAL Center is a one-stop-resource for disability information and referral in Pennsylvania for parents, self-advocates, and professionals. PEAL provides assistance to families of children with disabilities, educators, and others who work with them.
