The Arc of Pennsylvania: Transition Webinar - What is a Supports Coordinator? How do I get one?

Join the Include Me team for part one of a three part series on transition! This is a virtual webinar (Zoom) series will discuss transitioning from school to adulthood for people with disabilities. This webinar session will cover supports coordination and how it can help a person get access to essential services once they’ve graduated from school.

They are offering two dates on this topic: 9/23 6:00 – 6:45 PM or 9/24 12:00 – 12:45 PM.

They will also be covering transition services from the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, and networking for employment in future webinars.

The Arc is the largest nationwide advocacy organization for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Arc of Pennsylvania has 33 local chapters and represents over 8,000 members. The state office coordinates strategic, grassroots advocacy efforts; provides policy analysis and trainings, and implements the statewide Include Me and the Arc Discovery Employment Transitions (ADEPT) programs that serve children and adults.
