Teens vote on a different book each month to read and discuss, with the main focus on titles that celebrate diversity and inclusion for all.

About this event

Cahuenga Library Calendar of Events Join us via Zoom to discuss popular teen literary works that celebrate diversity and deepen our understanding of equity, inclusion and justice. This Cahuenga library book club, run by teens, hopes to help other teens discover books written by people of color. They meet on the fourth Friday of each month from 4 – 5 pm. Ages 13 -17 are welcome. Email mmorrone@lapl.org for the Zoom invite. Visit Cahuenga’s Instagram @laplcahuenga to see the title to be read posted at the beginning of each month.
