The National Aviary (located in Pittsburgh, PA) has launched Sensory Friendly Mornings!
Explore the National Aviary during a sensory-friendly experience designed to help visitors of all ages make the most of their National Aviary visit. See and touch biofacts, and borrow a Sensory Bag from KultureCity equipped with headphones, fidget toys, and other items. Join for a sensory-friendly version of the immersive bird show African Adventure, where low volume and consistent lighting set the stage for a great experience.
Admission to Sensory Friendly Mornings is available free of charge by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org or 412-323-7235. Reserving tickets is required to prevent crowding.
Sensory Friendly Mornings run from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. on the following dates in 2022:
