PEAL’s Youth Advisory Council, also known as YAC, is a group of youth and young adults who use their voices and lived experiences to help create positive change for young people with disabilities, mental health needs, and those transitioning into adulthood.

The PEAL Center is a one-stop-resource for disability information and referral in Pennsylvania for parents, self-advocates, and professionals. PEAL provides assistance to families of children with disabilities, educators, and others who work with them.
