As winter approaches and Covid -19 remains a threat, many of us are experiencing high levels of stress and anxiety. How can we stay calm in times like these? They’ll talk about different types of activities that can help reduce our stress levels and help us to stay healthy. They’ll talk about how yoga can deepen the body-mind-spirit connection, promote relaxation, and how it can be adapted according to an individual’s unique interests and abilities.
