The Franklin Retail & Business Association will hold its fifth annual Old Fashioned Christmas celebration from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, December 13.
There will be a variety of activities, including multiple craft locations set up at businesses, as well as games with prizes, a balloon artist, scavenger hunt, hair tinsel. festive in-store promotions, live entertainment, and a visit from Santa and Mr. Claus.
