The Secondary Transition Fair will provide resources for families and students with special needs, grades 9th -12th and up to age 22. Resources will be available onhand to assist students with transitioning to adulthood.
Representatives from colleges, technical institutes, service organizations and providers, state agencies and work-based learning programs will be present to answer questions and meet with students and families. Schools are encouraged to transport/bus students to the Secondary Transition Fair.
All sectors of public education in Philadelphia will work with urgency to provide every student with the opportunity to achieve positive life outcomes in partnership with diverse families, educators, and community members who are valued and respected.
