ASERT has compiled resources for those with autism and those who care for people with autism relating to the current COVID-19 outbreak.
YOGA for your Mental Health!
This class is for everyone, from beginners and beyond. The beginners yoga is a practice that uses meditation and restortative yoga poses to help ease the mind and alleviate stress. The meditation portion will be guided and an opportunity to help clear your mind. The yoga portion of the class will be gentle and relaxing to help ease any muscle tension. This practice is a great way to help release any stress or anxiety to help start your week on a positive mindset.
This class meets the last Monday of every month at 4:00PM via Zoom, please RSVP to obtain link and confirm attendance
Video Cam is optional (this is your practice) if you rather not appear on video, watching/listening to class is welcomed
