Hummelstown Art Festival

The Hummelstown Arts Festival Committee is pleased to announce that their 39th Annual Arts Festival will be held on Main Street in Hummelstown Saturday, September 18, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The festival is an event that offers something for everyone with over 170 juried artists, a food court, children’s area and entertainment. It is an annual fundraiser for the Hummelstown Arts Festival with proceeds going toward scholarships and promoting art in the Lower Dauphin community. This year’s festival is pleased to invite visitors of all ages to join them for added fun in the Children’s Area at the festival! They will have a variety of free crafts and activities for children including Creative Caricatures by Ali Thome (10:00 AM – 1:00 PM), Balloon Art by Balunguy (12:00 PM – 3:30 PM), Face Painting by their very talented Lower Dauphin High School National Art Honor Society students, Sandy Candy, Balloon Yo-Yo’s, and crafts and activities by their very own Hummelstown Recreational Board and Emergency Management Agency. Additionally, their local Boy Scouts will have their Lego race track and the Dauphin County Library will be there with their mobile outreach vehicle named MARCO. MARCO is a state-of-the art Exploration Station whose name was chosen for its inspiring, fun and mission-oriented associations. Music will be provided all day by DJ Bill Runkle and there will be a wide variety of other entertainers throughout the day for all to enjoy. For everyone’s safety, the committee would also like to kindly remind everyone that there are no dogs, skateboards and bicycles permitted during the festival. If you have any further questions or concerns email the committee at HummArtsFest@comcast.net or message them via their Facebook page: http://www.Facebook.com/HummelstownArtsFestival
