Everyone is welcome! Bring your friends, family, and neighbors for an unforgettable experience. This event is open to the public, and all ages are welcome. There will be a hot cocoa bar. The cost is $10 and an RSVP is required. Participants are asked to bring a bag of candy to share.

- Oil City Library on Dec 18th from 1-3 pm. You must RSVP by Dec. 11th to participate at 814-227-3156.
