The Westmoreland Transition Council is excited to announce this year’s student-focused transition conference, ‘Building Bridges, Creating Futures – Celebrating a Decade of Growth’. This year is especially meaningful, as they celebrate 10 years of hosting this event in support of students’ futures.
As in previous years, the conference will feature breakout sessions, interactive activities, mock interviews, a resource fair, and a relaxation station.
The Westmoreland County Transition Council is a network of parents, educators, and community service providers helping students with special needs in their transition from school to adult life.
