Fall Festival & Concert at Tacony Creek Park

Celebrate the arrival of autumn with nature, culture and community at Tacony Creek Park

About this event

A co-production of Tookany/Tacony-Frankford Watershed Partnership & Olney Culture Lab, Professor Randy J. Gibson and his Double Portion Ensemble will perform his Tacony Creek Suite album in its entirety live at Tacony Creek Park.  The concert will be a part of TTF’s Fall Festival which will also feature: • Nature Games • Arts & Crafts • Giveaways and more.

In case of inclement weather, the event will be moved indoors at a location to be announced later. Attendees will be asked to observe all COVID safety policies regarding social distancing and mask wearing,  especially if the event moves indoors.

This event is made possible by the Alliance for Watershed Education, Fairmount Park Conservancy, Joseph Roberts Foundation, Philadelphia Parks & Recreation, Philadelphia Water Department, WIlliam Penn Foundation, Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, City of Philadelphia’s Office of Arts, Culture & Creative Economy, Jazz Foundation of America, and Councilwoman CHerelle Parker’s Office.

The event is part of River Days of the Alliance for Watershed Education.
