About this event

Do you frequently find you don’t feel rested after a nights sleep? Do you have a difficult time falling asleep or staying asleep? A good nights rest is important for our bodies and minds to heal, but everyone often forget about this important function in the “busyness”. This session will not only help you understand the benefit of consistent rest, but also give you simple ideas you can implement to help you fall asleep faster, stay asleep, and feel more rested.
