Self Care is not just about resting our bodies, it’s also about taking care of  minds and emotions.

When you hear the term “self care” do you think about taking a day off? Getting a massage? Having a day to just relax and rest? Many of people think of self care as a physical activity, but it’s also important to take care of  mind and spirit. Attend this session to learn some warning signs of mental & emotional exhaustion and practical ways to relax the mind and manage emotions.
