SPEAKER: TISH BARTLETT Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a complex, lifelong developmental disability that can cause significant social, communication, self-regulation, and behavioral challenges. Autism is referred to as a spectrum disorder – meaning the symptoms can occur in any combination and with varying degrees of severity. The Autism experience is different for everyone. In this lecture, Autism Society of NWPA Executive Director Tish Bartlett will discuss the ins and outs of Autism. This program is perfect for individuals, local businesses, and organizations to increase understanding and acceptance to best support individuals with Autism and their families in the community.
