Families are invited to celebrate NOON YEAR’S EVE at Grove City Community Library. Everyone is to bring a snack to share and a donation of a box of tissues or Lysol wipes for the library.
Start the celebration off with a disco dance party all morning, crafts, activities, photo booth and more. The Balloons drop at NOON!
